Learn how these high-performance systems can be used for repair and retrofit projects. Upon completion of the course, attendees will have the knowledge needed to design and implement high-performing, sustainable roofs for a wide range of construction projects.

Overview:
This presentation focuses on high-performance liquid-applied systems which exhibit superior qualities for demanding roofing and waterproofing applications. Attendees will learn how to evaluate the higher performing solutions. Considering life-cycle cost, certain solutions become even more attractive.
The primary two options used to obtain a high-performing roof are the white roof solution, consisting of a highly reflective membrane, and the green roof solution, consisting of vegetated matter which has a positive effect on stormwater management. (Solar panels can be incorporated into either of these options, as well.)
In addition, attendees will be made aware of options available for roof restoration, repair, or retrofit projects. Upon completion of the course, attendees will have the knowledge needed to design and implement high-performing, sustainable roofs in a wide range of construction projects.
